everything is going global and why not, if you cannot find your niche in the present place you are in then it is time to outsource somewhere else.

I agree with you. According to a survey, US has lost more than 3% of the total jobs after buisness process outsourcing has started.

im not really in favor of it, im out of a job and it is so hard to find a good one.

Yes these are poor countries and someimes such BPO jobs are life savers infact life makers for the workers of these countries. Third world countries are offerig labour at cheap rates then if its profitable for both workers and employers then why not?

there are already outsourcing jobs to india and china because the labor expenses are cheap. Not just india and china, philippines has a lot of outsourcing companies/jobs.

I agree. Countries like Phillippines is getting much attention as far as outsourcing is concerned. Recently, my company established a center at Phillippines.

i think we should keep jobs in this country. i don't agree with our government trying to stay politicaly correct. if people do not like the way our country is why should we have to adapt to them, let them adapt to us.
