look im really sorry for the ones that i truly offended. yes its my belief that abortions are wrong but i can also admit when im wrong. im sorry. i just got heated this morning when i read most of the discussions on abortion and they were trying to justify all abortions. it just really hit me wrong. it saddens me to think of killing a child. i guess there is cases where it should be legal. but that discussion was my way of trying to find answers i just went about it the wrong way. i just wanted to understand how and why some people could do that and have to live with it. i was NOT trying to play god as someone else had mentioned and i wasn't trying to shove my beliefs down someones throat or at least thats not at all what i was out to do. i just wasn't thinking when i was witting it. i should have calmed down well before posting it but like i said i was ticked. i know im not the only person you has spoke before thinking. i myself have been raped and altho i dont really like talking about it i started thinking what if that was me at 12 that got pregnant what would i have done. honestly i cant answer that question because i dont know. but i would hope that everyone i offended would except my apology.

I can honestly say that you didnt offend me at all..I realize you were trying to understand and I personally was trying to rely to you MY story and why it was needed...but no i wasnt offended by your post at all just so you know

I think, rather than using this post to apologize, a better idea might be to respond to those of us who responded to your discussion and engage in a rational conversation, now that you've calmed down. As someone else who responded to that discussion said, it looked like you were just gearing for a fight. Respond to everyone, not just those who agree with you, and use this forum for what it was intended for. Discussion. I think that's the best way to show your regret for posting without thinking. (And yes, we have all been there.)

I know you are apologizing in this discussion. I also know that there's a good chance that people who need to see this won't. That's why I suggested responding to them directly in your other discussion. I wouldn't have seen this apology post if someone hadn't pointed me to it, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

i also understand a little from where you are coming from. the reason for this post was to apologize, i feel if i go back into the other discussion that those people wouldn't. so i figured i would post this one and just hope they see it

well, I would appologize.. I am against abortion and I believe it is murder. and who gives a dang what someone else on here thinks. if they want to be stupid and think murdering a child is ok, well oh well, let them deal with God about it, they are not going to make me change my mind or say I am sorry for anything. Stand by your beliefs and dont let anyone make u change your mind or make u feel like u have to appologize..
I hate abortion and I believe there are other ways a person can go.. thats what I believe and who cares what someone thinks of me for believing that way.

Well said Jennifer. I hate abortion. It is murder no matter how you look at it. God will deal with them, but I also believe that God will forgive those who ask Him. Abortion is a sin, but so are so many other things too.

Don't beat yourself up about it . We all say things and then when we sit back and think about it , we can see what someone else was trying to say . I like you don't believe in abortion either but was just trying to explain how it could be a different situation and it might lead us to change our minds if it were someone we knew .
I think it was very gracious of you to apologize .
