Other half does not make toys any longer as he concentrates on building, landscaping and furniture restoration but he has done his share of dollies houses and he knots lots of tips!

Well, one day you may be a grandma and the house will come in useful but until then think "merchandising" and you can design and play with dolls houses to your hearts content and nobody can stop you or say it is a waste of time, providing it is in the business plan.
See, I aint all hard work lol.

You would be surprised, very surprised! I am very into self sufficiency and although I am too mucked up physically to do as much as I used to I still have the mine of useless information lol.
It is my other half, who is a builder with specialism in joinery, who can make a dolls house. At the moment he is working on oil paintings as his hobby, and selling a few too, and when we finally get our shed back (long story!) he is going to restart restoring old wooden furniture.
You could make a dolls house if you wanted to, but I bet you have lots of other hobbies :-)
