Not right now, but it sure would be nice if we could. That is why they have the preview button, so you can edit from there before submitting. They will probably just keep it like this since they do give you that option. I type then re-read and do a preview, because at times after the re-read I still have errors.

It would be a nice feature, I don't catch some of my typos until after they've been posted and it would be really nice to be able to correct them!
