This is so true! I have heard so many people say that they are tired, or that something hurts. If you just don't think about it and dwell on it it won't effect you as much as you "want" it to. Thanks for sharing this.

You're welcome MakDomMom, it's a pleasure to share this to you. Actually I try to sympathize with the old people. The inevitable degradation of their physical body has taken much comfort from them. That is why I can understand if they get grumpier or behave like a kid. But I also notice there are those as they are getting older, they possess more quality of life. They get humbler, wiser, younger in spirit. I hope to be like that when my time comes =)

well it is an interesting topic i feel to answere to , and i want to say that it is the mind which matters than the real age of our body , because if u feel u are young and energetic u will be seen younger then u are and if u feel old then u willl be seen older then u are, and it is a fact.

Yes, it is. We've seen old people who seem to have more energy than the young ones and vice versa. It's not only about feeling, but a will to keep being useful despite the age. Do you have any story you can share?
