when was the last time you kissed your mom?

in todays world i think we are losing that affection towards our parents... i was just wondering about the above question and i could not remember when i did that... my mom and dad stay away from me some 250 miles away from my home... they had come to my place for a few days we had fun but i thought about the above question after they left in the morning while i was sleeping... now i may have to wait for months together to kiss my mom again..
ever wondered how many times your mom must have expected you to kiss or hug her or just show our love towards her... but most of the time we fail to understand that...
i have decided i m driving to my parents place leaving all my work and will spent 2 to 3 days with them there!!
i think most of us might be loving their parents a lot but we fail to show!!

I see to it that I kiss my parents everytime I see them. We don't see each other often and sometimes that make me sad. It is important that everytime we see them, let's make them feel that they are loved. Especially if they are kinda old already. No one knows how long our life would be. So we don't regret for not showing it at all.

i definately agree with you.. who knows if u dont geta chance to show your love tommorow... so now is the time to respect and love your parents and let them know about it!!

My mother makes it a point to say good night and kiss us every night. But your question was the last time I kissed my mother so I don't really know if I kissed her back or she just kissed me and that was it.

i went through so many discussions about parents here on mylot... but it seems as if most of the people on mylot are very unhappy with their parents...:(

sometimes we feel that our parents knows all..but honestly yes they do know all so we need to listen to our parents... now that im also a mother now i understand why my parents keep on reminding me things that is good for me..because they love us o much and they want us to have a good life..a better future than they have....

i dont have the chance to kiss here since she left me since i was a child. Dont know where she is right now but im hoping shes in good health

when i think about that i realise that i don't even know when was the last time i kissed her..by the way i don't even know when i kissed my father or my brother..sometimes in life the problems are so many and so hard that you don't even know what to do and you don't even think of affections like this...and when you want to kiss someone that you love it happens that,that perosn wouldn't want to let you kiss her..and it's so sad...when you think that the relation between you two is mother and daughter...sad..but true

My mother is not a very affectionate person. She does not like to be hugged or anything. So it is hard to hug and kiss her. I am very affectionate with everyone else, but she keeps her distance. Not sure why she is like that, but the older she gets the worse it gets.

When I saw this question, it made me really think. And I've come to the conclusion that I can't even remember when was the last time I kissed my mom. It's been such a long time. Though if I kissed my mom, she'd probably wonder what I was up to lol.

I can't think of the last time, if ever. when i was a little kid maybe but i've never kissed my mother in the last 20 years that of my life that i can remember.
my mother was never an affectionate person. we were't close and i remember trying to hug her once when i was 13 and she pushed me away and told me she was too busy.
