Hi, at this point of time, I am using avira antivir personal classic edition. This can be downloaded free at their own official webiste at www.free-av.com I have been using this software for over a longer period of time. Since then, I have never encountered any problems at all with regards to the overall function and system performance of my machine. Otherwise, I am so satisfied and impressed with its performance. It updates regularly and can be scheduled at your most convenient or spare time. It is very light on resources and does not use a lot of memory. Hence, does not slow down your computer. Search for avg 7.5 anti virus free edition. It really works for me.
