just in case you dont know, try looking after them. i think you owe them a ratings as well :)
im just new here & just found out about this feature. i was overwhelmed with my three ratings.. (LOL, i know.. i know.. its just three) but i still owe my raters. they deserve a return!
for those who havent discovered it yet.. here's how:
go to "my profiles"
look at the discussion board
on top of it, look for "my best responses"
viola! you can see those who admired your replies!
enjoy the that mylot feature! ;)

Thank you for that information though that only tells you that one person gave you a positive rating since a best response means a good comment. This site however does not tell you how many positive or negative ratings you received or who gave them to you. I think it is a good thing that people can not see who gave them negative ratings since it could cause problems in the forums and with other members.

i so agree with you kgwat70.. i think it is better that mylot will not let us see who has rated us negatively. it's just fair.. or should i say would cause less problems. if people can see who gave them a negative rating, then some will do payback and give the person who gave them a negative rating a negative rating! (did i make sense here? lol).. =)

oh yes. but i always make it sure to rate my respondents i so owe them alot. and it will never be an expense to give a possitive ratin ;)

Thank you for the information but you got the wrong title. The one you're referring are the best responses feature and not the ratings. When your post is chosen as the best response, its good but it is not a rating. You're are being rated by some members thru your post may it be chosen as the best response or not. If you are being rated, it will reflect on your star ratings. Best response is entirely different. But we appreciate the information of letting others know about the best response feature.

Hi. Those things you see are people who chose your response for the best response made, I believe. I haven't seen any where on here yet where we can see who rates us with a positive or a negative. Have you seen this feature on here? I may be confused as to what you are trying to tell us. If so, sorry about that.

i already seen that feature.but you can't find who gives you a + and -!it only gives which response you got a "best response" rating!.anyway thanks for your information.and always participate in this rating system!

Best response means your question has been chosen as the best of the lot. That feature has always been available on myLot. As far as the positive and negative ratings there is know way to know what others have rated you. And in many respect it should remain so, there is enough childish games going on here as it is with the rating system. Why give them reasons to add to their childish ways.

Now it is on the left side of the screen. Do you like this new format? I hate it. I cannot even respond to anyone that answers my posts. It won't show up.
No numbers of ratings either to watch.

I have looked at my best repsonses before but I didnt know that meant they rated me. Some of the things on mylot I still dont understand yet because i just come and post and dont read the rules and things much lol. A bad habit i know but hey what can i do.

Gee, oh yes I knew that already. I'm also thrilled with my ratings though it's only 4 out of my 424 postings it feels great and inspiring. It motivates me to make my responses as relevant as it can be.

Yes, it is always nice to see who has given me a "best response". As for the negative ratings, well I am not sure I wamt to know who has given me those!

hey, i thought u were talking about the ratings, positive and negative, i thought it would be so great so that all the people i've rated positively would know that i've rated them, but i've known about the best response thing almost since i first joined.

I thought you were talking about the positive, negative, and abusive ratings. Your title is related in your discussion but somewhat confusing. I had some responses that were rated as the best response. It's good for you, even your a newbie here you had several best responses. Keep up the good work.
