I've read a few books by her. She can be very good. The only problem I have had is I usually figure things out with them some time before the characters do and that kills some of the enjoyment with it. Other then that her characters are well thought out, it's written well so that I can see it all, just need to not be so obvious.

I heard a lot of things about Mary Higgins Clark. The media describe her as the Agatha Christie of modern times. I borrowed a book from the library called 'Nighttime is my time'. I am reading it these days. So far, it is not that bad. It is an easy reading with very short chapters which is practical. I did not read enough chapters to make an opinion about the writer though. I will hopefully see things more clearly after finishing the book.

I love Mary Higgins Clark. My friend from work lets me borrow her books after she is done reading them. I really like "Where are the Children" and "Two Little Girls in Blue". "On the Street Where You Live" is a good book too. I can never guess who the bad person is. Can you? I always think it is someone and in the end I am wrong. I like that though. Do you?

I love her books! The two you mention are two I haven't read yet, so I'll have to try to find them. I only discovered her about a year ago so there are many of her books I've yet to read. Annie
