I'm really bad at remembering to eat breakfast. I went through a phase of drinking pro-biotic yoghurts every morning, but I got bored of that. I used to have a yoghurt in the morning, or some toast. I never have the energy in the morning to go preparing huge meals.

It would be a rare day that I actaully eat breakfast but on the odd day that I do , it would probably be bacon , eggs , toast and a glass of Pepsi . I can't eat very much and rarely feel I can eat anything when I wake up in the morning so I usually wait until it is closer to dinner before I eat something .

I eat nothing for breakfast, it tastes rather dull and I'm getting sick of it.

I cannot start the day without a good cup of tea! Then I usualy have some cereal with milk and sugar too. Sometimes, in the Summer, I will have fresh fruit and yoghurt istead of the cereal.

I always eat breakfast, and it's almost always a bowl of cereal. Mostly Cheerios or maybe Kashi if I'm feeling fancy.
