Corruption here in the Philippines is really sickening. At least in other countries they still somehow care for their people. So here's a suggestion that might somehow decrease, if not eliminate corruption. What if we try to have the government officials and workers surveyed for their months' actions and work. And those surveys would really mean something as it will be their "grade" for the month. They should be able to maintain an above-average grade or else they'll go on probation. After the probation period they should have improved, if not they'll be history. They want to serve the people, I say let them but they need to prove it. We are their bosses anyway so they should get monthly or quarterly performance assessments. What do you think?

Corruption here in Philippines is very rampant especially in the government agencies like BIR and DPWH. The best way to control corruption is character change and employees must have high wages as well. Background heck must also be implemented and people must be given course of actions if proven guilty of corruption. The problem in our country is the higher government office are engaged in corruptions especially government officials, they are into a lot of behind the table dealings like getting a 10 percent share for projects given or awarded to a certain companies. Corruption will be tone down if a lot of incentives were given to employees as well as the government officials. And also vote buying during times of elections cause a great deal of corruption in the government.

That also is a good way of reducing, if not eliminating, the corruption here in our country. But I really believe that if these officials are afraid and threatened, at least they'll perform a little better since it's their **toot** on the line.
