How to remove excess grout that hat dried from tile?

We tiles our backslash in the kitchen and some of the grout dried on the tiles. What is the easiest way to remove it?

There is this great product that you can find in most stores it's called Kaboom! It seems to take care of everything!

If the grout is really thick on the tile Im not sure, but if you got most off while it was wet, but there is still a little bit, try the Mr Clean Magic Eraser.
