How much is jogging is helpful for health???????

Jogging,its a way to physically set the the body and to make it run effeciantly through out the life time.Its help a lot,me i like to run in early morning for atleast 1 hour,daily.But it does not mean that only by running you can do the above,there are lot of other ways also by which you can remain fit and fine, like you can do some type of surface traking ,jumping ,fast walking,on the meanwhile you may go for 'assans' and all.More over friends,jogging it can be done both in morning as well as in evening,mainly people prefer it in morning time because its fill you with immense pleasure of healthyness along with the first fresh breath of the day,but for those who used to be busy in morning hour can do it in evening also,there is no difference in that.

I started jogging for a very singular reason. I asked to my mom money to go to the gym but she told me that we were running out of money that month. So i thought to start jogging 'couse it's free and healty in the same way as the gym. Now, after a month i discovered that jogging helps you to accelerate your metabolism, is really helpfull in lose weight, helps you to focus on problems and is really nice if you dothat listening some music

Jogging or sports, generally speaking, have not only good influences on your body, but on your mind too. It's known that when you jog, your glands release hormones that help you with focusing on problems and concentration.

Jogging really helps a lot. It is a cardio workout. Personally what I noticed when that jogging improves my breathing. There were times that I am having difficulty in climbing stairs but with jogging I noticed that climbing stairs became easy for me.
