I have a hard time getting to sleep... all the time.

I find it hard to fall asleep at night. It frustrates me because no matter what I do (not really much believe me.) I can never get to sleep. I always have to stay awake all night, then go to bed at like 5 - 8pm so I can get back into a good routine. Yet I always screw it up and its a continuous cycle. I hate it. Is there anything I can do? I start tafe in a couple of hours and I know I'll be really tired, so yeah. I just need some tips how to break out of this, for good! Thank you.

That also happens to me! Are you usually a calm and relaxed person, or do you tend to still be thinking and/or worrying a lot around the time you go to bed?

Aw poor you, poor me lol. I'm usually calm and relaxed most of the time. Sometimes I worry and think about a lot of stuff as well, though even if I'm not worried or thinking heaps I still get the same problem though.

I think that it may have happened once, and now you're worried it will continue happening, so it does. :P

I actually do drink soft drinks, but not usually at night time. I've been drinking water a lot a night. Hmmm I think I'll try and not have any before bed. ^^;;
