I want to thank those of you who read my discussions, but I am also wondering why if I have so many readers why am I not getting the ratings? If you read my discussions and expect a rating in return you better do the favor first.

I agree, I rate every answer, or at least try to keep up and rate every answer. It can be frustrating when you dont get a rating! Hang in there!

No offense....I rate my friends with positives...but maybe your rating is dropping because you post more discussions than what you respond to. Currently, you have only 68 for your rating...not star rating, you haven't gotten there yet. You only get one rate increase per discussion you post when someone replies. If you start responding more, you will see your numbers move up. :) Just giving some advice. :) I am not trying to be mean at all.

Hmmmm. a threat!? My friend I can only speak of me. Hopefully by example ...here goes. When I respond to one of your discusssions I do rate it a plus. When you see me and think I have done a good job at responding I hope that you rate me. I also am apt to rate a person if they have done a good job too with 3 or 4 lines or more of thought out response. When you come to my discussions you too will be rated for a complete thought out 3 or 4 line or more response. Per guidelines, I won't necessarily answer you since answering everyone is not encouraged. So am hoping you and I are good and anyone that reads this and adopts this kind of habit for this site which is only as good as we are to each other.

I think it takes awhile to get a star. Once you do you may be surprised at the rating you do get! It's common courtesy to rate discussions and replies. As well as to comment on as many of your replies as possible.

I agree. I rate all the discussions I respond to as I find not only does it help that person's ratings, but it is also a great way for me to keep track of the discussions I've already responded to. Thanks for this one :)

I use to rate answers in the discussions I respond, because I like to be rated too,and if I can help the other members to increase their earnings by rating them, why not? So,I rated this discussion, too.
