I have one in Naruto. It's GaaraxHinata. ^^ Yep it is weird but I find their "imaginary" romance to be quiete cute and sweet. I have written two fanfics on their growing love (which is from my head and no flaming if you don't like this pairing). What about you? It can be from any anime or maybe a crossover from a book or movie to an anime.

sosuke sagara and chidori kaname - great match-up! as individuals, they are interesting, funny and vivid; together, they are incandescent. i love the fact that although they rub each other the wrong way sometimes, they manage to grow and adjust to each other's quirks

My favorite pairing from an anime would have to be ScarxLust from Fullmetal Alchemist. The anime, not the manga. Their relationship doesn't translate to the manga since their history isn't the same, and the entire plotline where Lust falls in love with Scar doesn't exist. But they are my all time favorite couple, and I've written dozens of fics featuring them together. I love the complexity of it and the futility of it - or not, if you take movie canon seriously.
But either way, they have a tragic story and it always grabs me whenever I watch episode 42.

Of the few episodes that I watched of Fullmetal Alchemist, I must agree that the relationship between scar and Lust interests me. Their history and personalities make it interesting.

I never read any fanfics on that pair since I have not watched the anime or read the manga in a long time but they do seem perfect for each other. ^^
