How can I improve my eyesight?

hi, I have problems with my eyes, I bear glasses and I have (-6) which is not little. Do you have any Idea about how I can imrpove my eyesight? I love reading books and sitting at the copmuter, but when I think that it may makes my eyesight worse I feel sad, it hurts me that I cann't do that very much. anyone here with the same problems? how do you do?

i dont think there are many ways to improve your eyesight other than maybe surgery. ive heard eating carrots is good for your eyes, but im not sure how much it can improve by eating them.

no I have also heard that about eating carrots, but I read somewhere that it isn't true. the problem is that my eyesight is just becomes worse and worse. I cann't prevent that. I mean I cann't stop the deterioration of my eyesight.

Well, depending on your age simply get an eye operation. Although financially you might not support it though. If you can't just stay with the glasses and contacts and eventually your eyesight does get stabilized. You can never improve your eyesight, really, but rather prevent it from getting worse. Just spend more time outside.

well, I have thought of an operation, but the problem is that my eyesight has not get stabilized yet inspite of the fact that I am 22 years old. And I heard that you cann't make an operation when your eyesight still becomes worse and worse, it has to get stabilized first.
