How can you get child support dropped ?

If you are paying so much for child support each month, wouldn't it be WORTH spending the money for a paternity test once instead of paying payments every month for a child that isn't his? :) Good luck with your battle.

So earlier you were saying he was paying all his money and there should not be child support right? I am a mom who is suppose to get child support, but my husband left and is taking care of another baby instead of my three and you know what I only asked for 100 dollars per child, not I'm going to help you. You tell your husband to take the lady and family to court and they will take a DNA because now he wants to prove this child is his. You tell the clerk your husband wants to file for custody and he wants DNA test it might take a couple of months but he can get it did and not only that he might be able to get some money back from her and her family for lying to the courts and saying that he was the daddy. But you must do it now and don't be wasting time complaining handle your business and his. If he can't go you go and get the papers you fill them out and have him sign them, but you make sure you read it all don't skip anything what you don't understand you go to the law library online or go to a law library and you will learn all you need to.
