Banana flowers are widly used in food in the almost all parts of India . very famous in South india . it is good for your liver and removes the stones . Have u tasted this ?

Here in the Philippines, almost everybody eats those. We call it here "Puso ng Saging" ('Puso', heart, 'Saging', banana). They really are good food. =) And they are healthy too! =)

In our country Philippines we eat also banana flower. It is very delicious. We have different ways of cooking it here. It is one of my favorite viand.
