@n_cool84 I want to be an employer.That's why I resigned from my job recently and now I have a grocery of my own.

If given enough capital, I'd rather be the employer. Being my own boss is still the best idea by far. I wouldn't want to work for somebody if I myself has the money to hire people work for me.

I would much rather be the employer although I realize this comes along with a lot of added responsibility. I'd rather work for myself though and be the one who set the hours of operation and decided who I wanted to work with as opposed to having to work with certain people.

Of course I want to become an employeer. It's nice to work that you are the boss. No worries for lates. You can work with what you want. And of course, the better you work the better is the income. And the income is yours.
