I always empty my recycle bin when i deleting some files on my computer, and also the Temps and prefetch. Will you let your recycle bin not empty or how often you empty your recycle bin ? Is it affects to your windows if you never empty it ?

I don't really like the recycle bin on windows. I usaully don't use it at all. When I delete things I'm usually positive that I want it gone for good. I hold down shift and then press the delete key which deletes a file completly and bypasses the recycle bin. Obviously, don't do this if you're someone who recovers things a lot because it will be gone for good (unless you get an undeleting program but that's another story).

I'm almost never empty my recycle bin, because I usally delete my files with hold the shift keys (habbit), just for a little information if you press the shift key while you delete a file, the file won't go to the recycle bin but it will be deleted directly, so you don't have to empty your recycle bin again, but if sometimes you need that file again, it would be a disaster, unless maybe you using undelete program.

I always empty my recycle bin at the end of the day. Coz the files I've deleted might still be useful for me. But I empty it still so that I doesn't take up anymore space in the memory of my pc.

I empty it regularly and also run crapcleaner (free program that cleans up the computer for you) about once a week or more.

Everytime i delete a certain file, i use a shortcut key that will delete the file right away without storing it in the recycle bin and if see some files in the recycle bin, i empty it.

No. I just leave them there because they get automatically get emptied on the day I put the settings in anyway. There are some occasions that I binned a file but the next day I need them again.

I empty the recycle bin on a regular basis, and if I am deleting files I will empty it straight away. The size of the recycle bin is usually set to 20% of your hard drive by default, but of course you can manually alter this, so it should not have any diverse effect on the system unless you are low on hard drive space. Once you reach 20% the older files are removed automatically to stop you going beyond the setting.

when i am the one using the PC i alway press Shift+Del when deleting files so no trace until i use undelete/recovery prog. it rarely happens that the Recycle Bin had files in it.

I never empty my recycle bin, because its always empty. I just hate to have anything in the recycle bin. So, If any file I want to delete I take its backup and delete it permanently using the command. Shift + Delete (Both Keys alternately without leaving before one) Have a nice day.
