eau de parfum or eau de toilette?

eau de parfum/eau de toilette - Eau de Parfum: The most concentrated fragrance, usually more costly than eau de toilette because of its concentration.
Eau de Toilette: A less-concentrated fragrance.

I use both, except in the summer when I don't bother. It seems to attract more bugs, when the weather is hot. I do wear parfum in the fall and winter a lot. I even use a skin lotion that that has my favorite scent. In the spring it's the cologne, it is refreshing.
