What do i need to get passport?

i got my passport a week later after i applied in DFA. you can personally go there or by agency. - authenticated birth certiciate and marriage certificate, if married, on NSO paper - 3 copies 4.5cm x 3.5cm photo (wear collared shirt or blouse) - personal appearance except when the applicant is 8 yrs & below, 65 yrs above or mentally or physical incapacitated - NBI clearance

You'll be needing authenticated birth certificate from NSO, and if married, authenticated marriage certificate. 3 pcs. colored passport size pictures, 500 pesos for the processing fee or add 250 pesos for faster processing. Hope it helps.
