Can I get frostbite?

OK, I try to walk 2-3 miles every morning, except when it's raining. Well, this morning it was 13°F with a bit of wind. I don't think I've ever walked when it was that cold before. The only thing that was exposed was my face and after about 5 minutes I was wondering if that was such a great idea, so I turned around and came home. At what temperature do I need to worry about frostbite? I used to live in Colorado and I remember waiting at the busstop when it was pretty cold, and I never had to worry about this... It was just too cold for me this morning!!!
