How do you people...

How do you folks post so much for so little? Do any of you have lives? It's really not worth it. So I quit. I'm going back to Associated Content. I might have to do research and write mildly boring lengthy articles, and they don't pay until like three weeks until after you submit an article, but at least it's more promising than this site. I've earned a good $37 or so in a month and didn't write that many articles. only four. This place sucks!

Well, I make a whole lot more than thirty something dollars on here a month. So I say it's worth it, since I'm online anyway. Not that it seems like you've put much effort in, based on your post count. You need to wait three weeks to hear back from AC? The longest I ever had to wait was a week. Usually I hear back within two or three days. Maybe if you didn't write 'mildly boring' articles, you'd hear back sooner.

A majority of what I wrote was during December. From what I'm told December is its most active month (people need some extra cash for christmas shopping) and other people waited that long as well. but for now it usually takes them a week or two for them to publish and pay me. keep in mind they only work on business days. so that leaves out saturday and sunday. I just don't have the time to be here all day and post over 2,000 like you.

Associated Content is also a good site for online earnings, but it is an entirely different concept, as you pointed out. If your major reason for being here at MyLot is to make money, then you are right, AC might be the best place. MyLot does not pay much at all; it's not even pocket change, really. I'm here mainly because this place is fun; it's a good diversion for me since I've been laid off from my job. I've met a lot of interesting people and have stayed busy and learned a lot. But the money is not much. Good luck, whatever you decide to do!

I first came here for the $$, but I do see that it is not so much to be made in a short time. Now, I like it because you get to interact with new people and it is fun for me. Sorry you didn't enjoy yourself here :-(

well I'm not a writer and writing is not my interest either. I am here for fun and light discussions, although sometimes I responded to heavy ones too. I have a full time business and my husband works full time. In general we typed 30 - 50 replies, not a lot of money and we meet good friends here too. Light discussions keep my brain active but free it from stress after doing business. My husband likes it because he meets folks from his homeland here. I don't post a lot of questions, I couldn't find any topic sometimes.
