I wish thay too. Philippine basketball is never really the same since the Living Legend no longer plays. The stadium is not as noisy as when the barangay ginebra are there to shout, cheer, and fight for their basketball idols.

Well, you know what they say. You can never be lukewarm with Jawo. It's either you like him so much or you don't. For me, I don't. He was good in his younger days but when he grew older, he was just like a mascot, he was there not for his skills but because of his charisma. However, I must admit, Jawo was indeed a big part of PBA's popularity. It wasn't that fun anymore when he became senator. He never should've joined politics. Missed his "short" shorts though. Wow, haven't seem him in circulation lately. Was he the oldest player in the Philippines to be playing when he did? I think I remember him being so hot tempered all the time. Must not be good for his health.

I miss him, too. Ginebra is not the same anymore. Over the years, they lost the "never-say-die" attitude that Big J instilled in this team. :(
