Plan for four kids

How to plan for four kids in first delivery? Is this is natural or any medication needed?

I would reccomend taking medications.

If you have never went through child delivery before then I would recommend that you wait and see how it will go for you but if the pain becomes bad I would definitely reccomend taking something for the pain . I have went through labour with and without medication and would never go without the medication again . The epidural was the best thing I could have got . This I got with my last two .
