how much have you earn fron referrals

It is 25% of the earnings from discussion posts of referrals are credited to one's account. This cut, my referrals feel is too much and they probably refrain from posting discussion topics and they concentrate on responses. I have earned $10 for the past 6 months with 12 referrals.
