We don't have cold water in our refigerator at the moment, but we have just acquired a water filter jug so as soon as we get some new filters for it then we will have a constant supply of cold water in our fridge. I think it's a great idea to keep cold water in your fridge, not only because I usually have to run the tap for ages before I get cold water so having cold water in the fridge will help to reduce the amount of water we waste, but also because it helps you to monitor how much water you are drinking through the day, therefore helping you to keep healthy.

Nope, we have a basic refrigerator that is meant to be run on solar and wind power. Me make our ice in the freezer in trays. Works good enough for us. Iced drinks are good, but we don't need them all the time. Water I prefer to be cool so that it is easier for my body to absorb.

we have both. it gets really hot here in summers, so we have to make sure the fridge is stocked all the time, with ice and water.

This is typical to a tropical type of country, I doubt if an iced-country still want their drinks cold. ^^

We have a refrigerator/freezer. It has a built in ice maker and a button for a choice of cubed or crushed ice. I like the water that comes out of the refigerator better than regular tap water you get from the kitchen faucet. It tastes better to me for some reason and it is colder than regular tap water.
