I work outside of my house, therefore I have to go out in the cold and with this Arctic cold snap, I have found my breathing to be hampared somewhat. Short of calling in sick for the whole winter, any suggestions on what I can do to keep breathing easy?

yeah i am also suffering from asthma, the best thing you can do i first protect yourself well from cold, heads ,ears are important, you can opt for inhalers, that provide immediate relief, i also suggest you a website where household tips are given although i havent tried yet but i think they are good www.positivearticles.com and www.easyhomeremedy.com

Be sure to breath in through your nose, not your mouth, and I've found to wearing clothing that keeps your chest warm can help a lot. Try to limit your time outdoors, and I've found that drinking something warm like a cup of hot tea or hot coffee can help warm you back up and ease your breathing after stepping out into the cold.
