What makes u motivated in life ???

Getting what u want or failure in some work motivates u ???? In my case failure motivates me a lot to stand again in front of the mountain and stqart climbing it...

i have a picture of my family beside my desk and every time i feel like quiting, just a glimpse from that photo gives me the drive to try again. we do all we can for the people we love :)
