Canadarago Lake is located in New york. I am wondering how it got it's name?

I grew up in NY and never heard of it. Couldn't find anything about it's name meaning on a search but would imagine it's from an Indian word. Quite a few places in NY have Indian names.
Ok, "Indian" isn't the right name for them, it should be native-American.
