The best way to keep fit is eat healthy and exercise regularly. But for people like me who love eating the first part goes for a toss. So even if you exercise you can stay fit by burning those extra calories that you would have accumulated by eating junk food. Even jogging or brisk walking for half an hour in the mornings helps you stay fit. Bottom line is think healthy to stay healthy.
