Do agree that men should hold al the authority in the home?

I believe they should be equal. However, in my home, I have to admit I hold more authority. He leaves everything up to me unless its a big decision, then we talk about it and work it out.

In a family, husband and wife should discuss first before they make decision about something important. It's true that women are more emotional when they made decision compare to men but it's natural and it doesn't mean women can't make good decision.

I don't think this should be the case. Women should make decisions too. I mean, men should consult their wives about any decisions. They should consolidate their options before deciding on anything.
