How do most of us get our mental exercises?

The best mental exercise is to do meditation for 1 hour. In the beginning one may not be able to concentrate for 1 hour. But practice make perfect. If you do meditation twice a day : early morning and late night, that is even better.

Well my Lot is the best mental excercise. loll I think through the thinking work, through our duties and By ,the most, always remain present mentally.

Participating in Mylot is also one of the mental excercises. But the effective method is meditation.
