If you do exercise say jogging for 1 hour, you become tiresome. Similarly if you do treadmill for 1 hour, you become tiresome. Similarly in swimming and other exercises. It is important to become tiresome so that y ou get a good sleep in the night.
What do you mean by that?
People will get automatically tired when they do lot of work.
Our body is not a machine, it cant go beyond limits. So when we do lot of works it gets tired. So thats what tiresome :)
