If this is in regard with winning some kind of UK lottery, it is fake! No head of operations of any bank will in any case reveal their direct line. If in doubt contact the UK consulate. Their e-mail address would also look a bit different.

I would bet you received information in an email and were told to contact this person to claim some money. I would ignore that type of email as they are usually scams. I get them daily and just delete them. They ask for money in advance from you in order for you to get what they say you have won. Don't ever follow through and give them any of your banking information or they'll clean out your account.
