What's you're favorite Chicken dish?

Do you love to cook and there is a favorite meal you make with chicken that seems to make your friends/family's mouth water over each time you serve it? Is it a hot or cold dish? Have you ever shared the recipe with others or kept it to yourself so only you get the praise? Do tell how you first learnt to cook this dish! Lastly, what is this Chicken dish you make so well? My favorite is actually two I do yummy, fried and baked herb & spice chicken.

i dont eat chicken and i think its a sin to eat animals!!i feel all those people who eat chicken should be shown a live telecast of how these animals are cut (aahhh,uck)..or may be u should be in a place where some animal will eat you yeah then u can have lots of fune!!and then post a question!!wat sort of human dish do animals like??it would be interestiong wouldn't it??

I'm sorry you feel that way but respect your not eating chicken. Are you a vegetarian then? I don't like to assume. I believe it is one of the meats we can eat, those that split the hoof are unclean and not for us to eat as I do try to follow the Bible and have yet to see where we can't eat chicken in it. well besides Fried Chicken, i really love Tinola, it's a Filipino Dish and also roasted chicken.

I love roasted chicken which only make on holidays when we have family or friends over for dinner. Do tell about Tinola, I like learning about different dishes. First time I heard of it. Would love to know what you do to prepare and make it. Thank you too for responding to this discussion. :)

My absolute favourites are sweet and sour chicken and chicken stir fry! YUM!

In that case, tell me what you do make that is your favorite and if it is a hot or cold dish. I am very interested in what others find to be their specialty in making when cooking. There is so many thing we make that delights the palate. :)

Well I can make Chicken Biriyani. I make it really good. another item is Chicken kassa. They are both served medium hot. But I never kept the receipes to myself. I always like sharing receipes. My mother taught me to cook bothe the dishes. I love to eat Chicken Biriyani, and I just wait for any good day, or occassions to cook this thing.
