Starting a discussion on mylot

When you start a disscussion here on mylot and it gives you the option to start a general disscussion or manage your interest, which do you choose and which one do you find better?

I think it is better to start a discussion in one of your interests. That is what the interests are for. I always try to start a discussion within one my interests.

I usally start a disscuaion about something going on in my life. Like about a book I have read or a movie I have watched. Or something fun I have done.

Hi writerx1! When I start a discussion I tend to start with under my interest because I really knew that the one who will respond to my discussion have the same interest with mine and the discussion will become healthy and informative to all myLot members. Sometimes when I start a discussion under myLot it tends to attract more myLot member to respond because it seems to have more members who view myLot for some updates and information.
