advertising ideas for home based business

I am running a small on-site computer service in my area. I'm on a shoestring, so I'm looking for inexpensive ways to advertise. Currently I use word of mouth, some fliers, and classified ads. Does anyone have any ideas on how to further promote this business? Any comments would be appreciated.
