Fries... anyone?

MY homemade fries are the best fries in the world! At least that's what my kids say. LOL I make my own homemade fries and I have to say, they are pretty good. :) But, I do like MacDonald's fries a lot. I do NOT like Burger King's fries at all.

We make 2 kinds of fries in my house. The first one is just plain russet or baking potatoes, sliced into thin fries. Then tossed in light olive oil and sprinkled with season all seasoning then baked in the oven at 425 for about 20 minutes. The other one we do can be shaped like fries or in chunks. Cut up red potatoes in your choice of style then toss with light olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary and sage and bake at 425 for about 20-25 minutes. They are really yummy.

ooohh Yummy yummy yummy. *licks lips* LOL I love me some fries. But I love my own fries. Not that you know Im ate up with myself either... its just I take those potatoes and cut them up myself. ^_^ I do the work... and I cook them til they crisp and yummy on the inside LOL
