what do you do when i am sad ???? well whe iam sad i eat and stay in my bed .... what do you do when you are sad ?????

i eat something i(and everybody else) really like and dont share it! i also go out and play pc games. but if i dont have money, i settle or watching tv...

when i'm sad, i listen to sad love songs to make me sadder! =) it is sometimes good to wallow in sadness. but i give myself a time limit. i don't allow myself to stay in my room and mope for too long. i find ways to keep myself busy and take my mind off of whatever it was that made me sad.
