i sleep early around 8:30 to 10:00 pm. I don't know but I'm an athlete (who practices taekwondo). Being an athlete, sleep is very valuable for me because I get energy there. I needed energy! (Can't function without it) For me, you shouldn't be proud because you are brave not to sleep early. You should sleep early because it has effects in your health. And besides, you have a busy day ahead of you.
