my baby toe nails are very thick. . .help

my baby toe nails are very thick. .. is there a way to thin them out so that my feet will look nice when I wear sandals?

If you are sure that your thick nails aren't due to any kind of medical condition, I guess you could file them down? You could use a nail file, emery board, or anything similar to that. I've used it in the past with great results.
