It is 'whenever wherever'. This song of shakira made me her biggest fan ever. I just loved her first time when i saw that song.

For me it's Ciega Sordomuda. That's the first song I heard of hers and I loved it right away and went out and bought that album. Her first two albums are my favorites by her.
