BOth my kids eat lots of fruit. Ever since they were small I encouraged them to eat fruit as snacks instead of cookies or chips or things like that. THey do like different fruits though and we always have to have a big variety of fruits at home.

You're lucky! We are just starting to try and eat better. My girls are 20 and 21 and we just have to create new habits I guess. It's so easy to grab a piece of fruit but we never do it automatically. lol. We are really trying to get organic foods too, without the pesticides. Are you concerned about that too? I hope that soon we can get as good as your kids about eating our fruits!

Mine have all always eaten fruit but certainly not as much as yours. My youngest the only one at home now goes on and off - some weeks he eats any fruit he can get his hands on and then the next week I'm throwing fruit out because he hasn't eaten it. Gets me very frustrated because I do not like waste.
