im only 16 and im from romania which payment is better ?what do you suggest me to choose and why?or could i choose them both?

I don't think the age is important and if they don't let you create an account just put 18 years there or more. The important thing is that you must have a debit card or an account because you have to transfer the money from e-gold to your account. I saw that they made a website that transfer your money from e-gold to your bank account. Check it out www.e-gold.ro

Judging from your location and age, I would suggest e-gold. I don't know Paypal's policies for Romania, but they don't support a lot of countries (including mine).
I chose to use e-gold. It has less hassles than Paypal and it has worldwide support. Go for e-gold.

you can not make a paypal account!because we dont have paypal in romania
so e-gold is the aswear!

it depends on you. if your country has paypal offering than i suggest paypal but if not then their is no other choice for you but egold

to create an egold account is fairly straightforward, no age requirements and bank details, nowhere as complicated as paypal
you can open an egold account at :

once you have opened your egold account, you can get paid by mylot via egold as well. just go to the payment options section in your profile and choose egold as your payout option in the dropdown menu where you see paypal then put in your egold account number and save changes
you can upload your egold / paypal funds into an international debit card and withdraw it at any atm worldwide, you can apply for an international debit card :
