Do you drink coffee?

I like to have at least two mugs of coffee in me before I ever leave for work. If I don't have those two mugs I'm usually nowhere near being alert during my day. I find that coffee gives me the necessary boost to make it through my day. Not to say I'm addicted to it or something because I'm not. I only need those two mugs a day and I'm fine. Any more and I'd be totally on edge ready to bite anyone's head off at any moment. I know people that I used to work with who would consume in excess of six mugs of coffee before it was even lunch. I couldn't believe that those people hadn't burnt out yet. Coffee has always been able to wake me up when I've been overtired and it's been able to also keep keep me going when I didn't think I had anything left in my own personal gas tank. I don't like relying on it like that and I tend not to make recreational coffee a regular thing. I only drink it when I need the boost of energy. I've never personally drank so much of it that I've been shaking but I have seen co-workers who have done that and it's crazy to see the impact it has made on them sometimes. I do have my favorite brands of coffee too as I think every brand has something unique about it. First of all the number one best brand out there I think is Folgers. I love it's flavour and the way it smells it's like fresh coffee. Nabob is another good brand as well. They have a very distinctive taste to their coffee and when I have this brand for breakfast I'm always left refreshed after a couple mugs. Now as there are good brands of coffee I know there are also brands that are less than appealing. I had to buy the no name brand one time and found it to be very bland and uninteresting in terms of flavour. I have bought Maxwell House also and even though it tastes alright, I was finding there was almost a tin foil taste to the coffee as well. The only coffee I could suggest to not drink due to it's very disappointing nature is the no name brand. I cannot drink coffee black and plain as well and I prefer my coffee have sweet taste to it. I will put roughly three to four teaspoons of sugar per mug. I need my coffee to have flavour and I have tasted it when it's just brewed. To have coffee plain is in my opinion not the best way to drink it. I also put a small splash of milk in it as well. So, in conclusion, I enjoy having coffee but usually I just have it to help me wake up in the morning. I do not drink it all day and I have my set way of having it prepared for me. Thanks for allowing me to share! xx

Hey girl! Nice to meet you. Your friend told me about you. Anyway, coffee is good for our health but there's always an exemption especially in your case. So, it's better not to drink coffee because coffee contributes in constriction of your blood vessels that's why if you drink coffee it just worsen your palpitations.

Yeah I understand others like it with cream or milk. I seldom knew people who loves black coffee. But for me, as long as it is coffee i love it whether its a hot coffee, iced cofee, cappucino, brewed, iced coffee with whip cream there's no problem with me. Coffee is good for our health it's a misconception that coffee makes you old or contributes to early aging. That's definitely not true.

I love coffee too. Coffee brings me energy in the morning and helps me to think. Coffee has also some beneficial effects for me.It helps me to relaxed and an antidote for a stressfull day. It also helps me and my friends to have a quality bonding time during coffee breaks. Never let the day pass without a coffee.
