I did it, I got him that job, I gave the gift, I helped him is one version. We helped him, we did it, we gave the gift, we secured the job for him. In Hinduism, [I] stands for arrogance. Unless one reduces individualness, and starts thinking about colletiveness, he will not stand to gain. How far you agree ont his?

Well for me it depends on what is going on yes sometimes in others I see arrogance when and if it was a team effort and only one takes credit but if its a situation where only one can do than we say I. here is an ex I am taking care of my sisters kids which you know I am as oppose to we are taking care of the kids which we are not. I must say at time I think everybody gets arrogant it is human for us to do that but as long as people relize that and try not to take one credit compared to everybodys credit than is one not arrogant. This is my view.

I agree and i am a second type person. But I like to tell you something about being the second type person. Whatever happens, I dont giveup being the second type person, cos I know its the good type. I never do things to show, and I never claim anything that I did. So in my work-place, there are a lot of people who take advantage of this. Because I dont claim, they claim and they shine. I am always behind the screen, working like a dog, not that I am complaining. I do it purposely (I mean the not-claiming part) because, in my religion, Jusus has asked us not to let our right hand know what our left hand do. So, here i am.

You are absolutely right in what you are doing and it is only a few people can afford to do it. The right hand and left hand is very true. We too follow that in our day to day life. Thanks for interesting response.
