Nope, not good at all. None of the nuclear or for that matter, any kind of weapon test is good. Especially WMD. It does more bad than good.

No it isnt good at all north korea knows that it is millitarily more powerful than south korea the only reason it had this nuclear test was, that south korea is a member of NATO and superpowers like US with the best defence is in its support For this they tried and tested with nuclear arsenals
